AI image inspection FAQ
What does the AI image inspection do?
Upload any photo from your walkthrough and AI scans it for visible deficiencies — damage, stains, cracks, gaps, missing hardware, poor finishing, leaks and unfinished work. It returns a list of what it saw, where in the photo it saw it, and how confident it is.
How does the confidence filter work?
Every AI finding gets a confidence score from 0% to 100%. Use the slider to set a minimum confidence level — only findings at or above that level are selected to add to your report. This lets you ignore uncertain guesses and keep the clearest issues.
Can I edit AI findings before saving them?
Yes. Before you add AI findings to your inspection you can change their severity, edit the notes, reassign which room they belong to, skip ones you disagree with, and tap numbered boxes on the photo to verify exactly what was detected.
